Refunds and Returns:
We take great care to ensure your furniture is delivered in flawless condition. If there’s an issue with your product(s) upon delivery, we will accept returns for defective products. United Furniture Group will coorindate and pay for the the pick-up of the product(s) and provide a full-refund within 7-days.
For instances in which you change your mind about the product and want to return it for a refund, customer service will work with you on a case-by-case basis to determine the best solution.
We do not accept exchanges for a different product, color, finish, etc.,
We pride ourselves on offering only high-quality furniture. Every product featured on our website has been thoroughly vetted, and we very rarely encounter return requests. If you like how an item looks in the picture, we’re confident you’ll love it in person.
Damages:
Each item is carefully inspected before leaving the warehouse, with extra protective packaging added to its original packing. We also work with trusted shipping companies and delivery teams to ensure your furniture arrives in excellent condition, and damaged deliveries are rare.
If your item does arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damage to process your claim. Our dedicated customer service team is here to provide personal attention and ensure you’re in good hands.
