Restocking and Shipping Fees
You can return your order within five business days of delivery for a refund. To qualify, the products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please note that all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the shipping charges (including cases where the original shipping was free).

Why We Charge Restocking and Shipping Fees
We cover your initial shipping cost, so delivery is free when you place an order. Before shipping, additional protective packaging is added to your furniture to ensure it arrives safely. Processing your order involves many hands, from our office staff and warehouse team to the shipping company and delivery crew.
If you choose to return furniture, our delivery team has to retrieve it from your location to confirm its legitimacy for return and ensure safe handling. Once returned, the item is repackaged at a shipping facility and sent back to the warehouse or manufacturer. There, it undergoes inspection to confirm it remains in perfect condition. These processes incur costs, which is why the restocking and shipping fees are necessary.
Damages
Each item is carefully inspected before leaving the warehouse, with extra protective packaging added to its original packing. We also work with trusted shipping companies and delivery teams to ensure your furniture arrives in excellent condition, and damaged deliveries are rare.
If your item does arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the damage to process your claim. Our dedicated customer service team is here to provide personal attention and ensure you’re in good hands.
