If assembly is not available for your order, our team can still bring the items into your home, unpack them, and inspect everything! If you'd like this service, please choose White Glove Delivery whien you make your purchase from our website. Otherwise, deliveries will be made to the curb, your garage, or a ground-level storage area.
If furniture assembly is chosen with your order (if available), please make sure to measure doorways, hallways, and any tight spaces to ensure smooth delivery. Note: Our delivery team cannot hang items such as mirrors, panels, headboards, or similar pieces on your walls.

Every item is carefully inspected before it leaves our warehouse and shipped by professional delivery staff trained to handle furniture with care. While damages are rare, they can happen. If you notice any damage upon delivery, please contact us immediately and provide pictures via email—we’ll resolve the issue at no cost to you.
